Round 1: Both men are looking for an opportunity to try to counter. Edwards with an inside leg kick. Machida kicks in the thigh, Edwards counters with a right hand. Edwards flashes Machida and pushes him against the fence. Machida reverses the position, and now Edwards is returning it. Steps. Machida looks for the lower hooks to get a better position. Edwards tags Machida with a huge standing elbow and rocks him. Edwards wants to kill and Machida is in danger. Another great litter from Edwards and Machida is out! IMPRESSIVE!

Bottom line: Edwards defeated. Machida via KO in the first round

Denise Kielholtz vs. Kana Watanabe

Round 1: Kieholtz comes in and stuns Watanabe with a right hand from the jump. Watanabe grabs Kielholtz and drags her to the ground. Smart move because she was on shaky ground. Kielholtz looking for an armbar. Watanabe on guard now. Watanabe now takes Kielhotlz’s back. Looking for a rear naked choke. There wasn’t much action on this lap, but Watanabe gets it because he controls the pace. 10-9 Watanabe

Round 2: Watanabe goes in and lands the early takedown. Kielholtz quickly turned around and is now in the lead. Hammerfists by Kielholtz. Pause in action because Kielholtz kicked Watanabe in the face as they were both down. The referee takes a point from Kielholtz. Watanabe gets the same position and now has Kielholtz’s back. She’s looking for a rear naked choke. Kielholtz escapes, but she’s now in a muddle. Not a good position and a great transition for Watanabe. Kielholtz is in trouble and she knocks! IMPRESSIVE!. Impressive performance by Watanabe.

Bottom Line: Watanabe defeated. Kielholtz on second-round submission (triangle choke)

Paul “Semtex” Daley vs. Wendell Giacomo

Round 1: Hard jab from Daley. Giacomo wraps him up and pushes him against the fence. Giacomo is trying hard for the takedown, Daley has defended well so far. Giacomo gets the takedown but Daley bounces back to his feet. Giacomo holds on and pulls him back down. Giacomo looks for a rear naked choke and Daley escapes. Giacomo is now in riding position, side control. Daley gets back to his feet, but Giacomo pulls him back down fairly easily. Daley somehow changes his position and he is now in Giacomo’s guard. Daley drops a huge bombshell and Giacomo is now looking for a leg lock. Daley tries to escape and Giacomo heel hooks. Currently standstill. 10-9 Giacomo

Round 2: Jab by Giacomo. The right hook lands for Daley, eating a leg kick to the shin. Dale lands an overhand right and then a flying knee. Giacomo wants the takedown again and he gets it. Smart move, Daley was starting to get some rhythm on his feet. Giacomo lands some shots to the side of the head, nothing major but scoring points. Daley tries to grab the wrists and stand up. Giacomo draped over Daley’s back. Daley just can’t get up. Not the most exciting, but a smart game plan from Giacomo. Giacomo looks for a rear naked choke and Daley reverses position and is now guard. Nice elbow for Daley and a huge left hand rocks Giacomo. Giacomo stands up and Daley lands a huge right hand which smacks Giacomo clean!!!! What a knockout!

Bottom line: Daley defeated. Giacomo via KO in the second round

Luke coach vs. Simon Biong

Round 1: Biyong lands a stiff jab. Biyong’s right hand pushing the trainer against the cage. Coach is already bleeding from his nose. Biyong gets the takedown and is on half guard. Battle for position on the ground. Biyong gives Coach some hard punches in the ribs. Wrist controls now for trainers. Biyong keeps him down for now. The trainer manages to get back on his feet and now he’s knocking Biyong down and he’s taking his back! Trainer who wants to flatten Biyong. The trainer darts away with shots to the side of the head. He sinks into a rear naked choke. Biyong defends well and eats more shots now. Trainer goes back to rear naked choke. He allows it. The coach revisits it and Biyong defends well. The coach doesn’t give up when time runs out. 10-9 coaches

Round 2: You meet in the middle of the cage. By the way, these two men are giants at 6’6. Biyong Clips coach with a huge right hand. Biyong swarms in and starts firing Hammerfists, but Trainer defends well. Biyong mounts trainers and he’s in trouble. Biyong drops wild hammer fists. The coach also fires off some shots from below. Biyong looks like he’s gassed up a bit. Biyong’s nice elbow and trainer bleeding profusely. Biyong is taking a breather and still has the top spot. Coach gives up his bak and Biyong looks for the rear naked choke. The trainer escapes and is now guarded by Biyong. Nice elbow from coach. Biyong now reverses position and he is back on the mount. Great transitions from both men. Biyong starts firing a few shots as he ducks into Trainer’s cover. Biyong stands up and kicks his legs. Swings the trainer’s legs to the side, now in side control. 10-9 Biyong

Lap 3: Both men are very tired after an insane second lap. The action slowed down a bit here in the final lap. Trainer’s Lazy High Kick gasps. Trainer smells a right hand. Jab by Biyong. The trainer is exhausted and all his shots are slow. Biyong goes in and lands with his left hand, dropping trainer. Hammer fists from the guard. Great position for Biyong. Biyo lands from above and Trainer doesn’t do much here. Biyong will steal this round and the fight if Trainer can’t get up. Coach stands up on command. It was a slow lap for both men but Biyong pulls it off. 10-9 Biyong

End result: Biyong defeated. coach by unanimous decision
