In a court hearing last June, Britney spoke out publicly against her conservatorship, saying she felt “traumatized” by the system of controls she was subjected to.
She said: “I’m not happy, I can’t sleep. I’m so mad it’s crazy. And I’m depressed. I’m traumatized. I just want my life back.
“I want to finish this conservatory without being graded. This conservatory does me more harm than good. I deserve to have a life, I’ve worked my whole life. I deserve a two to three year break.”
The “Sometime” hitmaker blamed her father and her conservatory team for not allowing her to marry her boyfriend or have children with him.

Britney claimed her conservators put her on an IUD as a form of birth control, so she is currently unable to have children, although she wanted to “get married and have a baby.”
She added: “I have an IUD in me so I won’t get pregnant but [my team doesn’t] want me to have more children.’
The star called her situation “abusive” and even called for the “imprisonment” of her father and those involved in her conservatorship.
She raged: “They let me go to therapy and a psychiatrist three times a week.
“I truly believe that conservatorship is abusive. I don’t feel like I can live a full life. In the meantime, I want this therapist to come to my house, I’m not willing to go to Westlake… They tricked me by sending me to the most exposed places. I need your help.
“My father and everyone involved in this conservatorship, including my management… they should be in jail.”
Following Britney’s distant court appearance, Jamie Spears’ legal team released a statement insisting he “loves his daughter very much”.
They said: “He is sorry to see his daughter suffering and in so much pain. Mr. Spears loves his daughter very much.’
