Casey White, the alleged murder suspect, is likely to face new charges following his prison break, according to prosecutors pursuing his case.

Following their 10-day escape – made possible with the help of correctional officer Vicky White, who was killed during a police chase – more details have emerged of how the couple managed to stay under the radar for more than a week.

Dramatic police footage captured the moment a statewide manhunt ended in Indiana earlier this week after White, an inmate serving a 75-year sentence for attempted murder, was arrested and pulled the body of his 56-year-old lover, Mrs White, from a wrecked car became. She died from a gunshot wound, according to the coroner’s office.

A terrifying emergency call made after the crash revealed Ms White told the murder suspect in the capital: “Let’s go outside and run”. She also seemed to blame White for wanting to stay “in a damn motel” just before her crash.

An investigation into the ordeal is ongoing as police face mounting questions about how the fugitives evaded capture for over a week.

In the days leading up to her daring jailbreak of alleged boyfriend Casey White, Vicky White was browsing the selection at an Alabama sex shop, according to a staffer.

Anna Jackson, an employee at Sugar & Spice adult entertainment store in Florence, Alabama, said she knew Vicky from prison and saw the correctional officer at the store in late April.

Ms White bought a pair of sexy stockings and browsed the selection of sex toys, Ms Jackson said The Daily Mail.

“I knew Vicky while I was in the Lauderdale County Jail for four months a while ago,” she said.

Vicky White was also visiting a Kohl’s store at the time to buy men’s clothing for Casey post Office reports.

The store employee said Vicky White previously supported her in prison and struggled with addiction.

“I was on an active addiction at the time and Vicky was the one who was transporting me to my court dates and stuff, so we had a chance to talk,” she said post Officeadding, “At one of my court dates, I had a hard time dealing with it and seeing what my life was going to be like, and Vicky was the one who said, ‘You got that.'”

However, on the day of their encounter, Ms Jackson said White was harried and distracted.

A funeral is underway for Vicky White, an Alabama Correctional Officer who helped inmate and lover Casey White escape from a county jail.

The service will be held at Center Hill Cemetery in Lexington, Alabama, about 24 miles from the prison where the couple dramatically escaped.

Dramatic police footage was released from the moment murder suspect Casey Cole White was arrested and the body of his lover, Vicky White, the prison warden, was pulled from her vehicle, gun in hand.

The Evansville Police Department shared the footage Tuesday night, as the coroner ruled the 56-year-old correctional officer’s death a suicide and the 38-year-old career criminal was sent back to Alabama to face charges.

The shocking 911 audio also revealed that Ms White was on the phone with a 911 dispatcher at the time of the crash, urging her lover of two years to “let’s get out there and run away” just before she apparently shot herself in the head.

Ms. White and White, who were serving a 75-year sentence and awaiting murder trial for the murder of a 58-year-old woman, were finally tracked down Monday in Evansville, Indiana, after 10 days on the run.

Vicky White’s funeral will be held in Alabama on Saturday

Vicky White, the correctional officer who allegedly helped inmate Casey White escape from Alabama before taking her own life during a police manhunt, will be buried at a cemetery in Lexington, Alabama, Saturday at 1 p.m. CT.

Alongside a small number of family members at the service, anonymous members of the public appear to be offering their support on an online memorial wall.

“I pray for you all that you have the peace that surpasses understanding,” one commenter wrote. “I am so sorry for the loss of your daughter, sister, friend, loved one. I didn’t know Vicky but I’m sure she is now resting in heaven in the arms of God.”

Before jail warden Vicky White was accused of helping her prison lover Casey White escape, she was not only well liked by her Lauderdale County peers, but so respected that she received the Employee of the Year award five times – including just this year.

The 56-year-old correctional officer was tracked down Monday alongside 38-year-old murder suspect Casey White, with whom she has reportedly had a “special relationship” for the past two years, bringing the 11-day manhunt to a close.

Ms. White had received the award voted on by her peers five times in the past eight years. The New York Post reported.

“I think it just shows the kind of person we thought she was. No one who worked with her and knew her saw anything like this coming,” Lauderdale County Sheriff Rick Singleton said in an interview with The post On Wednesday.

Petitions are circulating for “Car Wash James” to receive prize money offered for information on escaped refugees

A petition was started to pressure law enforcement and the Alabama governor to pay their reward offers to “Car Wash James,” the car wash owner who called the police when he met capitalist murder suspect Casey White and the correctional officer Vicky White discovered in Indiana.

The US Marshal Service announced a reward totaling $15,000 for information leading to White’s arrest and information about Ms. White, and Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey offered a total of $10,000 for the couple’s arrest .

Amber Savallo, who started the petition, told WSILTV that car wash owner James Stinson should be rewarded for his report.

“He said if you see something, say something, and he did. I just really hope James can get that from them because I feel like he deserves it 100%,” Ms Savallo said.
