2 tbsp Saf-Instant yeast
2 tbsp sugar
60g melted butter
1 egg + 1 egg to glaze
130ml lukewarm milk
1 pinch of salt
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and butter. Add the Saf-Instant yeast. In a container, dissolve the egg and salt in the lukewarm milk with a fork then gradually pour it into the preparation.
Knead the dough on a floured work surface until you get a smooth and soft dough. Let rise 30min.
Separate the dough into small balls and shape them into buns.
Using a brush, brush them with the beaten egg and place them on a baking sheet. Leave to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place then bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 200°C.
