A little stroll in the streets of Italy, what do you say?! Saf–instant takes you to try a delicious Italian smoked chicken pizza recipe. A recipe that will appeal a lot to lovers of travel.
For the dough
4 glasses of flour
¼ cup of olive oil
1 tsp Saf-instant yeast soup
1 tsp salt coffee
For the tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp canned tomato soup
Olive oil to taste
In a bowl, put flour, oil, Saf-instant yeast and salt, then add cold water until a soft dough is obtained.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes, place it in a large bowl and refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours.
Remove the dough after the necessary time has elapsed and divide your dough into 4 pieces (each weighs around 250g) then let rise a second time at room temperature.
In a frying pan put some olive oil and brown the tomatoes, onion and 2 cloves of garlic with thyme then mix your vegetables!
Again, put the canned tomato and your mixed vegetables in a pan, then add salt, black pepper, red pepper, parsley, thyme and coriander and cook over low heat.
Using your hands, spread your dough well and add the tomato sauce, cheese and smoked chicken.
Bake at 200°C until golden brown.
